The floor plan features living room, suited for view lot, main floor master bed & bath, wrap around porch, suited for sloping lot, unusual shape, garage under, suited for narrow lot, family room/keeping room, main floor bed & bath, daylight basement.

This is a small coffee franchise that started in Hawaii which explains the Hawaiian theme that is through out the building. This company is in competition with Starbucks. It is located at the beginning of the beach. There is free WIFI so you can surf the net before you surf the waves.

The Beach of Silentville is always clean since it gets cleaned every day in the morning. The sand is always nice and smooth and the water clean and blue. Many people come here to have a volleyball game or just to hang out.

Sun, Fun, Great Food, Beer, Wine, Music, Sports TV, Outdoor Patios and reasonable prices is what you will find at the world famous Big Dean's Cafe on the Santa Monica Boardwalk. Where nostalgia surrounds you while you relax and sip a beer or have a burger. Bring the children, they are always welcome!

The Bodega Bay Golf is a place where many business deals are done over a 18 hole game of golf.

Bodega Bay Lodge and Spa in Bodega is but one of many cozy, comfortable, elegant resorts where guests can snuggle up to a crackling fireplace in their private suites as they overlook the Bodega Bay Harbor. Golf, beaches, shops and Doran Park are nearby.

Our breakfast menu consists of pancakes, French toast, waffles, fresh fruit, egg dishes, omelets and don't forget the biscuits and sides. The coffees are amazing ranging from your basic drip to espresso drinks, ice blended, smoothies and chai lattes. The lunch menu has your favorite sandwiches, salads, hamburgers, Mexican specials and much more. Our regulars love our sweet fries. Oh yeah, we also have a variety of desserts on a daily basis.

A Restaurant where they serve mostly fish and soft drinks. There is also other food as well. This place gets really busy at night. You can sit both inside and outside.

The Chill Factor is a restaurant that has been around for almost 40 years. They make everything by hand. There is everything from hot dogs to turkey and ham sandwiches. But their biggest thing is all the delicious desserts they make. You can eat either outside or inside. This store is in between Bad Ass Coffee and Hang Ten.

A nice little park where families can come and have a fun or a picinic or a family get together. There is a playground for kids and wide open fields for everything else.

This tiny shop has anything and everything you need for surfing or just hanging out at the beach. Many people buy their surf boards here and well clothes.

This is the only parking lot around the beach that holds cars for the beach and the shops and other businesses around the beach.

Pier 101 is a huge playground for everyone with rides and games. Its basically a giant carnival that lasts all year world.

Tremont Scoops is an old-fashioned neighborhood ice cream parlor serving the best ice cream and treats.

A nice place to have a meal out on the deck near the ocean or to come at night and party at the bar.
