Silentville… a small town that is well not so silent like the name claims to be. This small town lies on the coast line of California. It is between Los Angeles and San Diego. Not too many people know about this small town. Honestly, the whole town could drop off the side of the Earth and no one would even know about it. But the people in this town are always into what everyone else is doing.
You see, about three years ago one of the two high schools burned down so ultimately the two schools had to join up and deal. Well, the students were not so into the dealing part. The two different senior classes had started two gangs, Flyers and Zodiacs that spread into the lower grades. There was constant fighting and competition in everything with those two gangs. But by the time spring break drifted into focus the school had managed to get everyone to calm down or well no one was going to graduate that year. The Flyers and Zodiac however, decided that they were not that different and instead they would be civil towards one another. Even though they agreed to end it that does not mean that some people are ready to put the past behind them.
However now in the present another unexpected event happened, some couple had moved to Silentville and caused a lot of commotion. The couple, Brian and Emily Gregory, had built this private school just for the high school students who wanted to be involved in the arts named simply enough “Silentville School of the Arts”. The school is very much set up like a boarding school or college with live in dorms on the premises. But Silentville High School students were not exactly the most welcoming group of people like most people have already known or found out. The students at SV High feel like they were being pushed aside and left in the dirt just because they did not have the fancy up to date technology or the money for a place like the Silentville School of the arts.
Now like three years later, there is another gang issue. One group, Konvicts that consists of the Silentville High school’s students and the other group known as the Royals who are the head group of the Silentville School of the Arts. This time though the object in the gang war is not one school turf but in the town itself. Silentville may just not be big enough for the two groups.
Even though the teenagers seem to be in this war, the adults and college students are not. Some of them are however and others are just stepping aside letting things happen. But the question is… how far is too far when you are fighting for what you believe the way things should be.
